Salon Concerts
Become a Tulsa Opera ambassador by hosting a Salon Concert! The Salon Concert Series is our company’s newest offering that allows you to bring the magic of opera up close in your own home or place of business while supporting our productions and programs.
How it works
You arrange the party, and we bring the entertainment! For your contribution, we will bring two to three singers (unless otherwise arranged) and a pianist to perform two sets of music during your cocktail soiree, dinner party, office celebration, or any other occasion. If you do not have a tuned piano, we will provide a keyboard and stand. You tell us any important details – the event’s theme, your favorite opera, a nearby holiday, etc. – and our team will design the musical program around it. You provide the location, any food or beverages, and the guests.
The process
- Fill out the form below to share the details of your event, and we’ll get in touch to finalize the arrangements.
- Our team will personalize the musical program to your event!
- Feel free to make special requests, such as a favorite opera, language, or theme.
- All bookings must be made at least one month in advance.
- Events occurring in November or December must be booked by September 15.
Investment
$5,000 ($4,675 is tax-deductible) for two singers
$7,500 ($7,075 is tax-deductible) for three singers

The fine print
- Singers are scheduled based on availability.
- You may request certain singers, but we cannot guarantee their availability.
- Salon Concerts are extremely limited – one booking per month – so if you need a certain date, we recommend booking at your earliest convenience.
- Please plan to provide a private rest area for the artists between sets.
- If you would like the artists to mingle with guests before, between, or after performance, please so indicate on the form. An additional charge for their time may be applicable.

- Sweethearts Soiree: a love fest featuring opera’s most enduring romantic songs.
- Puccini in Your Parlor: an evening of Italian arias by one of the genre’s most popular composers.
- Broadway Night: our artists can do it all, so if show tunes are your jam, we can make that happen!
- Holiday Brunch: if your event is around a holiday – be it Thanksgiving or St. Patrick’s Day – we can build a program around it.
