All ages and skills are welcome. Enjoy inspiring opera music paired with guided meditations led by yoga practitioner Sue Webb. Please bring your own water bottle and mat (we also have a few to share).
Outdoor sessions resume in April, 2027 and run through mid-October in River Parks near 17th and Riverside.
