DIRECTIONS
  • Plan ahead for street closures and parking: Between construction, street closures, Mayfest, concerts at Guthrie Green, and many extra Arts District visitors enjoying all Downtown Tulsa has to offer this weekend, please plan extra time for travel and parking! There are events in the TPAC’s 2nd Street theaters in addition to the Renée Fleming concert in Chapman Music Hall, so parking lots and garages around the TPAC will fill quickly. If you plan to access downtown from the north, please be aware that streets north of Archer will be closed. In addition, 3rd Street between S Cincinnati Ave and S Detroit Ave is closed due to construction.
  • To enter TPAC/Chapman Music Hall: Use the south entrance on 3rd Street.
  • Ticket office, concession stands, bar, coat check, water fountains, and restrooms are all located in the 3rd Street lobby. Take the elevator on the left side of the lobby to the Orchestra or Mezzanine level for your seats.

PARKING
  • Directly east of TPAC at the intersection of S Cincinnati Avenue and 2nd Street.
  • 3 lots directly south of TPAC along Cincinnati and 3rd Street. (These are still accessible despite the road closure on 3rd Street.
  • Underground parking at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, accessible from 2nd Street.

Parking ranges $6-$20 per vehicle. TPAC does not have valet parking. ADA-accessible doors covered by canopies are on 3rd Street.

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
Late seating is at the discretion of the ushers. If you arrive after the performance begins, you may be asked to wait to enter until an appropriate moment to minimize disruption to your fellow patrons and the artists on stage.

DO I HAVE TO DRESS UP?
Tulsa Opera performances are “come as you are.” Sure, you’ll see some fancy formal and semi-formal outfits, especially at this concert, and if that’s your vibe, have fun with it! Otherwise, just wear what makes you feel good. In Tulsa, you’ll see everything from ballgowns to cowboy boots.

WILL I UNDERSTAND WHAT RENÉE FLEMING IS SINGING?
You don’t need to speak a foreign language to enjoy this concert! This performance is presented with supertitles — English translations projected above the stage. This performance is sung in several different languages, including Italian, French, Spanish, and English.
