Rent Our Space
The Laven Sowell Opera Center offers two flexible use spaces for rental, perfect for recitals, gatherings, meetings, and events.
Baden Hall is a black-box theater space seating up to 75. It is ADA accessible. Filstrup Hall seats up to 25 and is not ADA accessible. Each space contains a piano. The spaces are linked by a lobby. Three bathrooms and a kitchen are also available, along with a parking lot with space for 35 cars and 5 convenient street parking spaces. Overflow parking may be available across the street at Liberty Towers. (Please inquire about additional spaces so that we can make sure that accommodation is available.)
Six 6-foot tables, three 8-foot tables, ten tall/short round-tops, 100 folding chairs, white tablecloths for long tables, black tablecloths for round tables, audio-visual equipment, wi-fi, and theatrical lighting are also available.
