Hailed as “one of the most powerful and beautiful baritone voices you could hear”, American baritone Lucia Lucas has performed in opera houses all over the world.
In May 2019, she made her mainstage US and Tulsa Opera debut in the title role of Don Giovanni. This appearance marked the first time a trans woman has performed a principal role on the operatic stage in the US.
