DATE & TIME: Friday, May 9th. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., and the panel starts at 12:00 p.m.
LENGTH: 90-minute panel followed by the book signing by Renée Fleming.
LOCATION: Founders Hall at OU-Tulsa | 4502 E 41st Street, Tulsa, OK 74135
DIRECTIONS: This event takes place at Founders Hall at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. Take I-44 to Yale Ave and then head north to 41st St. Enter OU-Tulsa’s campus on Boren Blvd via Yale Ave.
PARKING: Please park in the first lot for the Learning Center, indicated in purple in the graphic above. There will not be valet parking for this event. Founders Hall has an ADA-accessible entrance accessible from the parking lot.
FOOD AND DRINK: If you ordered a box lunch with your ticket purchase, it will be distributed by staff when you arrive. Please note that box lunch orders are now closed. Free ice water and iced tea will be available to all participants. You’re also welcome to bring your own lunch, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the event.
LATE SEATING POLICY: Late seating is at the discretion of staff. If you arrive after the panel begins, you may be asked to wait to enter until an appropriate moment to minimize disruption to your fellow patrons and the speakers on stage.
